I always read those healthy blogs or posts from healthy people who talk about how bad they feel when they eat crap. And I am always like yeah right. Well this am, I am feeling it, a major headeache, exhaustion. I gave in this week and ate something I know are not good for me. And you know what I can feel the difference. Here is to making better choices and not feeling like crap. I dont want to wake up feeling like I have a hang over when I havent even been drinking!
